Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation or using our services.

Welcome to Kempinski Hotel Dubai. By making a reservation, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kempinski Hotels S.A.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your reservation or use of our services. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any updates.

1. Reservations & Bookings

  • •All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
  • •A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • •Rates are quoted in local currency (AED) unless otherwise specified.
  • •Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • •Group bookings (10+ rooms) are subject to separate terms and conditions.
  • •Promotional rates may have additional restrictions and conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • •Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
  • •Advance Purchase: Non-refundable and non-modifiable.
  • •Peak Season: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
  • •No-show reservations will be charged the full amount of the first night.
  • •Early departure will be charged the remaining nights at a modified rate.
  • •Cancellation policies may vary based on rate type and seasonal demand.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • •Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM local time.
  • •Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon) local time.
  • •Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • •A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
  • •The guest making the reservation must be present at check-in.
  • •All guests must be registered at the front desk upon arrival.

4. Payment Terms

  • •We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
  • •A pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card at check-in.
  • •All charges must be settled upon check-out.
  • •Currency exchange is available at the front desk (subject to daily rates).
  • •Invoicing for corporate accounts is subject to prior approval.
  • •Any disputed charges must be reported within 60 days of check-out.

5. Guest Conduct

  • •Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to other guests and staff.
  • •Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • •The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct.
  • •Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
  • •Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in guest room areas.
  • •Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • •The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guest property unless deposited in the hotel safe.
  • •Guests are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.
  • •The hotel is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
  • •Force majeure events may result in booking modifications without liability.
  • •The hotel maintains comprehensive liability insurance for guest safety.
  • •Medical emergencies will be handled in accordance with local regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • •All content on this website is the property of Kempinski Hotels S.A.
  • •Use of the Kempinski name, logo, or images requires written permission.
  • •Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited.
  • •User-generated content may be used by Kempinski for promotional purposes.

8. Modifications

  • •Kempinski reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • •Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
  • •Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
  • •Guests will be notified of material changes via email where applicable.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
